Driving Distance Calculation

In this demo, the plugin will calculate the driving distance and duration between the origin and destination locations.

To test the functionality of this form simply enter both the origin and destination locations and check the results in the distance and duration fields at the bottom of the form.

In the email field, you can enter an email address if you’d like to receive a notification email with the geolocation data after form submission. This is optional, and the email you provide will be used for the form notification only.
